About this trip

Twenty travellers — verified, 25–35 — exploring Thailand's islands together for a week. Strangers on day one, a proper crew by the end. No agenda beyond good places, an easy crowd, and the kind of friendships that are genuinely hard to make as a working adult. Island hops, beach clubs, late dinners — just a really good week with twenty new people.

Day by day itinerary

Land in Phuket, check in, and meet the other nineteen over a rooftop welcome dinner as the sun goes down. Just real people and a host who knows how to warm up a room. Easy conversation, a few low-key group games, and by dessert it already feels like a table of friends.
welcome dinner · Phuket
A full day on the water — Phi Phi Islands, Maya Bay, snorkelling in impossibly clear water. Something about a boat, the sea, and good weather makes conversation easy. Beach lunch, easy group games, and the kind of long boat-deck conversations you don't get back home. Tonight, an optional beach-club night out — dancing for those who want it, an early night for those who don't.
all-day boat · lunch
Travel east to Koh Samui, the Gulf's most beautiful island. Afternoon at a beach club — loungers, music, cocktails. In the evening the host runs a few group games that get everyone laughing — the kind of night where the whole group clicks, with plenty of room to dip in or just watch.
transfer · beach club · evening
A day of shared adventure — a jungle waterfall trek, a hidden viewpoint, and an evening Thai cooking class where the whole group cooks (and eats) together. By now it feels less like strangers and more like a crew.
trek · cooking class
Ferry to Koh Phangan for the legendary Full Moon Party — the world's most famous beach party, neon and fire and music until the small hours. Before the night kicks off, a farewell dinner with the Voya Trip Awards: playful titles voted by the group (Trip MVP, Best Storyteller, Most Likely to Plan the Reunion), handed out to roars from the table. Then the beach takes over.
ferry · farewell dinner · Full Moon Party
A long, slow recovery breakfast, last swim, and departures. Numbers get exchanged, the group chat stays loud long after you land, and there's a standing invite to the next Voya trip.
